National Tree Day and 25 years of Landcare Tasmania

‘Creating river corridors and habitats for the Forty-spotted Pardalotes’ 

Come and celebrate 25th years of Landcare Tasmania on National Tree Day, Sunday the 28th July 2019! The Kingborough Council and Landcare Tasmania have organised a free tree planting event in Huntingfield.  The event will commence at 10:30am at the end of Nautilus Grove in Huntingfield, and run until 2pm.  Planting equipment, a BBQ lunch and a birthday cake for Landcare Tasmania will be provided.

 

What to bring 

  • Sturdy shoes
  • Appropriate clothing for the day (warm clothes, hat, jacket, beanie, spare socks…)
