NRM South is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Hobart-based office. This is a permanent part-time position (0.6 FTE) providing executive and secretariat support to the Chief Executive Officer, the NRM South Board and our Corporate Team. We are seeking an experienced administration specialist who can deliver professional, efficient and effective executive administrative support while assisting our team in streamlining our operational processes, improving the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of our work.

What you’ll do
The Executive Assistant will provide executive support and assistance to the CEO, secretariat support for meetings (including Board Meetings, Annual General Meeting, Steering Committees and Working/Advisory Groups), as well as document, data and office management.
What you’ll bring
You’ll have relevant administration or business qualifications and experience with administration software systems. Your excellent interpersonal skills will assist in your role as a first point of contact and extensive liaison activities, including executive support to senior managers, and your eye for efficiency will assist or team in effectively managing tasks and streamlining our systems.
What we offer
You’ll be working in a part time role with a small team of people who are working to protect Tasmania’s natural environment. Depending on experience we offer a salary of $71,318 to $74,572 per year (pro-rata) excluding superannuation.
