What you’ll do
You’ll play a central coordination role across governance, systems and business administration. Your work will ensure that Board and committee processes run effectively, governance obligations are tracked and met, and organisational records and systems are accurate, current and audit-ready.
You’ll also provide practical day-to-day support across office operations and internal coordination, helping staff and leadership stay organised, connected and focused on delivering outcomes for Tasmania’s natural environment.You’ll be working collaboratively as part of our broader team to protect southern Tasmania’s natural values, sustainable livelihoods, and lifestyles.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in detail, follow-through and reliability, and who understands that strong systems and good governance are what enable great environmental work to happen.
What you’ll bring
You’ll have relevant qualifications or experience in business administration, governance support and organisational coordination, with strong understanding of office management, business systems and administrative processes, as well as an understanding of governance support functions including Board and committee administration (agendas, minutes, actions, document control), records management and organisational compliance.
What we offer
You’ll be working in a small team with people who share your values to protect Tasmania’s natural environment. We offer a salary of $75-83K per year, plus superannuation.
