What you’ll do
The Partnerships and Pipeline Lead plays a central role in supporting NRM South’s long-term sustainability and growth.
Working closely with the CEO and Leadership Team, you will coordinate funding, partnership and diversification opportunities from initial identification through to proposal development, investment, agreement and activation. You will help ensure opportunities are prioritised, progressed and converted into outcomes through strong systems, disciplined follow-through and effective coordination across the organisation.
The role combines elements of partnership development, funding coordination, proposal development, stakeholder management and pipeline oversight. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys connecting people, ideas and opportunities while ensuring that important actions don’t fall through the cracks.
You will help maintain visibility of future funding horizons, coordinate high-quality submissions and proposals, manage CRM and stakeholder tracking systems, and provide strategic intelligence that supports organisational planning and resilience.
This is a role for someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused and comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. You will be motivated by outcomes, enjoy building momentum, and take pride in helping others succeed.
What you’ll bring
You’ll have relevant qualifications or experience in in business, communications, project management, or a related field. You will possess a strong understanding of philanthropy, corporate partnerships, grant processes, funding agreements, or proposal development, as well as an understanding of natural resource management, environmental programs, or related sectors, including awareness of key issues, funding priorities, and delivery contexts in the sector.
What we offer
You’ll be working in a small team with people who share your values to protect Tasmania’s natural environment. We offer a salary of $91,166K per year (pro-rata), plus superannuation. NRM South values diversity and inclusion in its team and provides career progression opportunities.
